Your purchase from Smokey Ranges is greatly appreciated. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please contact us to discuss in the first instance. Our contact details are:

If your good/s is damaged, we will provide you with a replacement item within normal postage times. A picture of the damaged product must be provided for consideration. You may also seek a refund and we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Sometimes we change our mind and that’s ok. Goods that have been purchased within the last 30 days and are still in their original packaging will be accepted for return. You may be subject to a 5%- 20% restocking/ admin/ shipping fee depending on our suppliers terms. The following goods cannot be returned:
- Goods that have been personalised specifically for your order;
- Goods that deteriorate quickly or if the date of expiry has passed;
- Goods which are not suitable to be returned due to health/ hygiene reasons and/ or where the seals have been broken after delivery;
- Goods which according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned;
- Goods which, after delivery, have been mixed with other goods.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any purchase that does not meet the above return conditions. Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale cannot be refunded. At times, we may need to seek advice from the manufacturer and the return/ refund can be denied by the manufacturer. Please allow us up to 7 days to liaise with the manufacturer and communicate back to you. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Please contact us to organise the return. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
