Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and location of the order.  All online retail orders are sent within 1-2 business days once payment has been made. We currently only ship within Australia. For International orders, please contact us for further information. Smokey Ranges uses Australia Post and other Couriers.  The chosen provider depends on the size of the order and the delivery location. Please state any delivery requests when ordering.  ​Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days depending on the delivery location. A shipping confirmation and/ or tracking information will be sent via email when your order is processed.  There may be times when your order will be delivered by the Smokey Ranges team. 

Shipping costs do not include insurance.  If you require insurance, please select insurance at the checkout.  Smokey Ranges doesn’t take responsibility for stolen or undelivered parcels outside of our control.
