Cherry is a very popular wood for smoking and BBQ and it’s not hard to see why – with its sweet smell and amazing smoke ring, it definitely adds something special to your cooking. Our cherry is sourced from South Australian orchards, in the Adelaide Hills and on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
Chunks are best used in small to mid-sized smokers such as kettle style BBQ’s, drum and bullet smokers.
