Ironbark is probably the most popular split wood source for BBQ. It's a very slow burning dense Australian hardwood that emits a subtle smokey flavour. Great for all your red meats and can be complimented by an aromatic wood like a bourbon chunk.

These bags are full of ironbark however these are the ‘seconds’ wood. Still great to use however a little dusty.
